FolderSizes is a powerful system tool which main feature is to detect the largest files/folders in your system. The program finds duplicate or temporary files with lightning speed, so that you can get rid of unnecessary files and recover wasted disk space. FolderSizes can also generate multiple kinds of visual and text reports about your disk usage and the size of your files and folders. You can export those reports to multiple popular formats, including PDF, HTML, CSV, and plain text.

The program's user interface, however, may be a bit difficult to understand at first, especially for beginners. That information includes the file/folder size, its usage percentage (relative to its parent), its attributes and type, and much more. This panel also allows you to generate statistical graphs about your disk usage and the files/folders distribution. You can select among a bar graph, a pie bar, and a folder map.

But, as I mentioned above, FolderSizes still offers you numerous extra functions that turn it into a very comprehensive tool. For example, the program allows you to search for files using very detailed parameters, save/load the disk analysis results, export or take snapshots of the current graphic/report, schedule automatic disk analysis tasks, map network drives, and many more.

All in all, FolderSizes is a very complete system tool that offers you multiple functions to analyze and optimize your disk’s usage levels.
